I contacted VLAD after a negative experience with another... company. I needed service to my water softener and a representative from that company showed up to my house hours after the appointment time and well into night. He showed up without any equipment or tools and was just trying to sell me a replacement system. He never discussed servicing my system which is what I asked for when I scheduled the appointment.The next day I contacted VLAD and it was a totally different experience. He asked me all the right questions, and for a photo of my water softener. He explained how he was going to proceed before scheduling an appointment. His technician showed up on time.
