Vlad demonstrated extensive knowledge and was incredibly... helpful in discussing the system. The service call charge was very reasonable. Tyler diagnosed my old system and thoroughly explained the issue when he arrived. After agreeing to purchase a new system from VA Water LLC, I found it to be significantly better than the old one and at a much better price. Tyler's installation was meticulous, and he took the time to go over all the system's details. I highly recommend VA Water LLC for its quality products and exceptional customer service.read more

I called a few places to get information on a RO system.... Once I contacted VA Water LLC, not only was Vlad quick to reach back but he was very informative and patient with all my questions. I felt more than comfortable moving forward, he was even able to work us in for the following day. Vlad came out himself completed the install without any issues, explained the system before leaving and my water tastes great. I will definitely be using their services again. I highly recommend them.read more

The reason I... picked him because not only he can explain about the system well but also very good pricing along with he is the owner and you know why he is owner? We are very impressed with Vlad and his team! They... completed a water softener installation and a reverse osmosis water fixture for us and Brandon was fantastic. It was not an easy job as we had a lot of unexpected rock but they still completed it when they said they would. Brandon was efficient, knowledgable and answered all our questions. We wont hesitate to use them for all of our work going forward and highly recommend them!read more
